Focused on non-pharmacological coping tools, this 2-hour, in-person & hands-on workshop, will help you develop an organized approach to the hard work of labor. Birth is very personal, there’s no one right way to do it. We’ll discuss a variety of coping strategies, such as breath, movement & vocalization, and comforting touch, and explore ways to integrate support people into the process, empowering everyone on the birthing team.

Class is open to families planning birth at hospital, home or birthing center.

Fee is $50 (includes pregnant + support person)
