Rooted firmly in the belief that childbirth is a normal, physiological experience, this one day mini-group class will prepare the pregnant mom and partner for labor, birth and the immediate postpartum. (Class does not include breastfeeding and newborn care) We will cover specifics of birthing in during the time of COVID-19.

Fee is $300 per pregnant per + support person (reduced from the normal $350)
